i went thher and got about 15 dollars of food and asked for sauce for my frys and onion rings and they made me pay for them and only got one bbq and one ranch! im so mad about this i feel if u get something u like to dip u should get r dip for free!!! never go there again

I went through drive thru and ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets with apple fries and milk .Reg. chicken sandwich with only mayo ,large cheesy tots ,another reg. chicken with cheese and onion added, med cheesy tots , a med diet pepsi and a med pepsi. Was told pull up to second window. when young lady opened the window ,I ask do you take credit cards?Rudly she said yes, I gave her my card , when she came back I asked if I could get a fry and diet coke also she turned to someone and asked , then she said there are people behind you , so you'll need to come inside. This really upset me. I took off parked and went inside . I said can I get my food , she handed me the bag I looked inside , the med cheesy tot was not in there , I told them what I was missing the young girl started to smart off to me , I said is their a manager here?This guy said Im the manager . I said first of all I would like to know why I could not get another coke and fry at the window , with a very rude tone he said you want me to make people behind you wait , is that fair to them ? I said for a coke and fry while I was still waiting for my order , he said well she didn't tell me that , we could of got you a coke and fry . I said never mind , i just need my med. cheesy tots ,he ask the girl where the cheesy tots were and should I have some , her answer was i don't know the receipt is on the bag , he looked and said she didn't charge you for them, I said cant I get some ,he turned to the kitchen and yelled out someone get this lady a med cheesy tot so she will get out of here . So I grabbed my bag an said no thats ok I will get in touch with corp, and I left. store # 12701 order 28 total 16.40 managers name Bill . I will never come back again.
