Girlfriend recently had her wisdom teeth taken out. She was still experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort a few days after the surgery so she called the office just to ask some questions and make sure everything was ok. The lady who answered the phone was less than helpful, could not answer any questions or find someone who could answer questions, and had a very apathetic attitude. Was very displeased at the utter lack of customer service, not to mention compassion or caring, that one might expect from a medical professional and/or their associates.

2 weeks after her surgery, she had gotten an infection and urgently needed help. When she called the office to set up a meeting as per Dr. Pettit's instructions, she was again met with the same lazy and rude attitude from the lady on the phone.

I understand having a bad day, but providing this poor of service is absolutely unacceptable. I would recommend seeking help elsewhere as this office's staff is incredibly unprofessional. You are better off going literally anywhere else.
