They just couldn't sell my house. Steve Gross rarely returned my calls. Would never use this company again!

Deplorable Desirae!!

This person is beyond terrible. Do not go here to rent or buy a home! She is supposed to be the name of that company and she talks down to people and isn't at all a respectful of privacy, etc. She was not only rude and behaved distastfully in general, she was discussing personal details right in front of other patrons in a loud disrespectful manner. It was beyond inappropriate. She was irrational and there was no reasoning with her although it was clear that she was in the wrong. She cursed me out and made threats repeatedly because she did not get her way. She acted very childishly and as if she wasn't able to cognitively see the error in her ways. I would never rent from anyone with the Zimmerman name again or advise any one in their right mind to do so, either. Stay away or your life will be hell and she will not return your deposit or fix any maintenance issues in any kind of timely fashion. If you have pets prepare to be treated like dirt and charged an obnoxious amount of money for deposit and monthly pet fees.

I just found another site whereas the rating was a 1 not 5 by multiple users. That better suits my thoughts on this place. A rating of a 0 would be better. I would research this company before ever deciding to go with them. I wish I had found this years ago. The reviews that no one had gotten their deposites back seemed right. They get you ,get you're money and are extremelly rude. When you move out the woman Ihad delt with was extremelly unprofessional ,it seems as if she walks around with a chip on her shoulder taking out her problems on her tenants instead of keeping that at home. You would think they would learn you get more from being kind and professional not like they have been. I wish Ihad found this site years ago as stated before. I could have saved a lot of people heartache@ wish Ihad listened to the people in the city of fairborn when they said not to rent from this place. Good Luck

if i ever sell my house i am calling chad, then he is finding me another one. best guy out there to be working for you.

Chad Evans is going to sell you a house yes but, he is going to make sure that you are happy with it and it will be what your family needs to go, so that 7 years down the road it is still every thing your family needs.
