There are no ceiling lights to speak of Which makes the place dreary There is a giant hole in the wall to outside which makes me very leery. There is an odor here it’s true One that permeates your furniture and clothes that never wants to leave you.

Let’s talk about the baseboard heating And how its just a sham Because it is cheating

You out of your hard earned bacon. Or is it called ham? Your electric bill will skyrocket

with only your heaters to blame. The maintenance here is awful for it took weeks to fix Such as our dishwasher, light switches, doors, shelves, and screen door which took 3 times and still didn’t do the trick.

The floor was rising In the shape of a hunched back And along the ceilings and walls there were massive cracks. Then there is the shower that came to us with mold which could explain why I had so many colds. They made us pay til the end of the month but expected us out by midway through Oh Avalon, how I really hate you
