was driving today in Fairborn and my car started making noise around my tire. I saw Robinson's and pulled in to see what they say about it. Rob drove my car a short distance then pulled my car around and jacked it up. He pulled the front tire to fine a rock had gotten up in my brakes. he removed the rock and put everything bad together, pulled it around, handed me the keys and told me to have a good day. ?? WHAT no charge?? "Nope was not a big deal come see us again" WOW talk about straight up people anywhere else would have charged me at least $50. I found my new mechanic and I've only been at this base 2 weeks

I had car trouble and was looking for someone to repair it. came across these these guys and wow did I get lucky they towed my car in and checked it out. gave me a estimate of $400 for everything. I told them to get it done. I then called around town and for same work everyone was way higher, so I was wondering if something as up. Well next day got the call car was done and went to go get it, they hand me my bill and it was only $375.00 WOW even cheaper and they showed me my old parts and all Great place with honest people. Don't waste your time wit the rest they truly are the BEST

Wife's car had a bad wheel bearing on the front. Called on Tuesday and they quoted me a price of $149 plus tax. Made an appointment for Friday at 9 am. So far, so good. Get there to drop off the car and they asked if I just wanted them to install a wheel bearing or check it out to make sure that is what it is first... ummmmm.... ok... well how would you even know which wheel bearing to install if you don't check it out. I mean, I was 99% certain that is what the problem was, but I expected them to confirm with me since, you know, they're a MECHANIC and all. That will be an extra $55 to confirm that it needs a wheel bearing. What? You want me to pay you 1/3 the price of the job for you to tell me that you need to do the job? Thankfully there was a coupon on their website for free diagnostics... something which no one at the shop had bothered to mentioned and that I just happened to have seen previously. Whatever, so you go ahead and do your $55 diagnostic (which should take you all of 3 minutes of getting in the car and driving it around the block). They called about an hour later... Yeah it is a bad wheel bearing (thank you for trying to charge me $55 to tell me what I already told you and just wanted you to confirm for me since you are the expert and all). It will be $287 to have it fixed. WHAT? You quoted me $147 just three days ago. "No we didn't". YES you did. "Hold on.... (the mechanic/owner? Matthew gets on the phone) Yeah?" Yeah? I have no clue why you are on the phone... so I told him I was quoted 149 plus tax. "Are you sure because she doesn't ever remember talking to you". Really? Then how did I get an appointment for Friday at 9 am if I never talked to anyone??? (I could tell he was stumped). I guess we can do it for 149 plus tax... do you want to do that?" Yeah go ahead. Now, it seems like it is fixed. I don't doubt their ability, but I do doubt their honesty. How is it the price to fix a wheel bearing was 149 on Tuesday and nearly twice that on Friday? Is it because I look like a sucker and you figured I wouldn't know when I was getting the shaft? I really had high hopes for this shop because it is so close to where I live. I am very disappointed in their ethics. I am sure they aren't too worried about it because they get a lot of business from the base, but I have lived here for 15 years and my mechanic sold his shop so I was looking for a new mechanic to fix all my cars. I was hoping that would be you because you had good reviews and were just down the street. If my first experience was any indication of how you run your business, I think I will keep looking.

This place and these guys are ...

This place and these guys are the best by far. Matt always keeps my car running and in top shape. This last person for only supossed to have been there 7 mins is so full of it Sounds like his ex trying to slam him. Cause any fool know it takes that long to set up and lift the car let alone do a tire rotation. And they know his name but only spent 7 mins there..LOL trust me me and my family take all 6 of our cars there and always get the best service at the best price.. So do yourself a favor and ignor the last post and go to these guys, be part of their family and save yourself tons of money while doing it!!
