They promised to pay my claim, so we'll see if they hold true to that before I take any further action.

This company does not stand behind its product.
I will never do business here again.
I will never recommend Powertrain Solutions to anyone.
The invoice was written in my company's name, and I paid with a company check. I was told at the time of sale it had at 36 month warranty. The invoice clearly states it has a 3 year warranty. Upon bringing it back, I was told because it was used as a commercial vehicle (Ford F150), the warranty was only one year. (nowhere does it state this clause on any of the paperwork).
We had trouble with it in the first week it was put in service. The problems became progressively worse and in its 14th month, became unusable. Had I known it had a one year warranty, I would have brought it back much sooner.
I sent two guys (one hour each way) to drop the truck off for them to witness firsthand what it was doing, but they refused to look at it. Instead I get nothing but bad attitude and a total lack of concern.
There was nothing offered to ease the pain of having to pay for another transmission. They could care less.
Companies like this will go out of business or change names after their reputation catches up with them.
I hope they go bankrupt sooner than later.

i ordered a transmission for a 2007 hummer h3 . The auto repair shop that i work for installed the transmission. It made it 11 mile till pump went out. Power train solutions sent me a replacement and i installed it the transmission made it 21 miles till it locked up. we sent the transmission back then they called the shop saying that the issue was installation error. I then called some transmission shops and was told that the torque converter was probably incorrect for the transmission Powertrain solutions will not make it good

Do not buy anything from this company there warranty is not worth the paper it is wrote on they will try to say it is in your vehicle I had there transmission checked at a dodge dealership and proved it was in there unit and they wait almost a month and say pull it out and send it back to them that they will fix it and send it back to me so long story short there products ant worth anything would not have it in my vehicle l am out 2000 dollars and they think all this shop work is free so don't walk from Powertrain Solutions run

Rip off and a waste of time and money. Warranty is a lie. Don't buy from them
