Blue Valley Community Action Partnership serves families and communities in Nebraska and north central Kansas. BVCA Partnership, founded in 1966, operates more than 30 programs that interact and complement each other. Its programs are diverse and provide individuals with emergency assistance and long-term, community-based strategies to prevent poverty. It has five departments with each program having multiple services. The programs and services offered by BVCA include abuse prevention and intervention, aging services, basic needs, child and family development, collaboration projects, criminal justice, education opportunities, health care and health insurance and juvenile services. Blue Valley Community Action Partnership is located in Fairbury, Neb.
