The first few times I took my military uniforms here they messed up the creases. I brought this to their attention and they said they would fix it. Instead they burned the uniform shirt worth $50 and then would only reimburse me $20. I have to pay $30 out of my pocket to replace a short they ruined! DO NOT BEING YOUR MILITARY OR CIVILIAN CLOTHES HERE!

We have been going here for 10+ years. This newest management has been quite bad. If you look at the reviews on Google, you'll see our stories are all very similar.



Lately, as we bring in our dry cleaning, they have been fussing over dog hair. We have a dog. So does half of northern VA. They wanted to charge us extra because the item needed cleaning, and had dog hair. Guys, not a lot of dog hair...nothing crazy. And maybe on one out of ten items had any hair.



A cleaner who wants all the clothes clean before they will clean it! What an interesting concept!



This last visit...Oct 15, 2012, my son dropped off 6 pieces. Everything was paid at $2 per item, except a tiny skirt belonging to my teenaged daughter. They charged $5 for the little skirt! 150% mark-up to take off "lint"!!!



Well, that's it for us. Bye-bye. Long-time customers. They don't care that they are losing a good customer this way. Dumb way to do business.



So, if your clothes are impeccably clean, and you want them cleaned, this is the right place for you. If you own a dog or cat, forget about it!
