After I received the initial quote from "Dave" I was told that for an additional $120 I could get "Premium" glass for my vehicle (Volvo) which was suppossed to be the original manufacturer (Pilkington - Canada) glass. They installed the "Premium" glass in my vehicle... after which a defect was immediately noted (there was debris sandwiched between the two layers of laminated glass in the middle of the windshield). Was told that they couldn't take it out for a replacement for three days because the glue had to cure, but they planned on replacing it with OEM glass. Well, 3+ months later, countless phonecalls with Dave, wherein I was promised a replacement for the defective windshield, then later a refund check.. neither of which ever materialized. Finally, my calls went unanswered, so for the price of Premium glass I got a counterfeit / defective knockoff... oh yeah, they broke 4 moulding clips which I had Volvo replace and recently I discovered the lower portion of the windshield seal leaks water into the interior of the car !! Nice Job ?!?!

I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemies.

They respond quickly to emails. There were no hidden fees in their quote and the the technician was great. Great overall service!

Very good and professional service. They were very accommodating to my schedule and installed the same brand of windshield as I had in my car. I would definably use them again and I am glad that I read all the reviews before making my decision.

After calling several places I come across Auto Glass Depot, they replaced the windshield on my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser with an original windshield, the same brand in my car and without actually have to pay over $300 for my car molding. Every other shop told me that the molding has to be replaced. I actually did research on the replacement and the only shop that knew the manufacturer specifications was Auto Glass Depot. They saved me over $350, Give them a call and you will not be disappointed.

I received excellent service from the moment I spoke with Dave on the phone. I was quoted a great price and told exactly what needed to be fixed and why. The quality of work is superb, and I did not have to wait for an extended amount of time. This shop provides quality work for fair prices. I'd suggest giving them a call if you ever have issues with your auto glass. I am very pleased with the service and prices. Great shop!!!!

I found my truck broke into at 4 AM went online and found this service who had a good quote, I left an online order by 6 AM, Dave called me by 8 AM and I had a new OEM window in my door by 10:30 AM. Service tech was friendly, did great work, cleaned up both the glass mess and all of his residuals and did it very quickly. I WILL call this company again, heck they beat my insurance companies quote by a few dollars. THANKS DAVE AND AGD

These guys are great. I called a few places before I called them, and they were all expensive and they all said that it would take them a few days to come out and fix my window. But these guys were less expensive, and they gave great customer service. I spoke to Dave, and he explained everything to me. And they came out the same day and took care of my car for me. I would definitely use these guys again, in a heart beat. I was very happy with their service. They are nice, and they got the job done the same day I called them, and their price was lower than everyone else.

If you need to change your windshield give them a call. Their quote was one of the best I received. I was really impressed how they take pride in their work. Hard working, honest, knowledgeble bunch. Highly recommended.
