I usually don't write reviews but this is one of the worst experience I have had as a customer. Stopped by to get some estimates for replacing the carpets in the bedrooms. I was the only one in the store and there was a senior gentleman sitting at the desk (could be the owner). He looked up and did not seems to acknowledged my presence. Browsed through some sample carpets and finally went up to him to get information/estimate on one that was advertised. He gave me an estimate of $4,000 without even asking me about the sizes of the bedrooms or total square footage. Two other places had given me an estimate of $5,000 and $6,500 for a similar carpet and I wanted to get a final estimate to compare. When I asked him how can he quote a price without knowing the size of the rooms and jokingly said can I hold him to that price? That's when he started being outright confrontational and angrily told me :" Are you trying to hustle me? Let me know when you joke so that I can be in on the joke". I was completely taken aback. Who treats/speaks to a customer in that manner? Needless to say, I walked out and told him that he was very rude and would make sure others knew of this incident. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! This is unacceptable, we cannot condone this type of behavior.

we realy do not know this customer all our installation is guranteed for one year and we always take care of our customers for past 36 years if you are our customer please call me thire are 4 carpet palace in our area we have been in same location for past 35 years and over 35000 customer..

We had purchased wall to wall few years back was very pleased with installation and service the sales people very friendly and professional recently my son and wife purchased oriental rug and carpet for THIRE new house and they were pleased with carpet palace we have been in fairfax for 25 years and they have been in same place may be more all this time ..john and kim

Extremely poor service ,very bad installation , not even 2 months ago i got carpet installed by Carpet Palace and its already coming out of its place and shreading. I called back and made an appointment to fix installation, they never showed up and never bothered to call I will not recommend anyone to go to Carpet Palace in Fairfax Va. Worst installers.
