The Staff at Cox reflects their internet speed..slow and pathetic! Wasted my 2 hours..and I was there just to return the modem.
I saw one Indian staff talking almost for an hour with another Indian customer. I dont believe it was business related at all. And other staff was explaining the whole business to one customer.
Get the job done Cox!!!!

If I could rate this store as a zero, I would. On Nov. 11, 2015 I purchased a modem and installed it myself. The modem didn't work so I returned it on Nov. 13, 2015 and was told that I would be credited for the modem on my next bill. When I received the next bill, I was charged not only for the modem but was also charged $50.00 for pro installation of the modem. On Dec. 20, 2015 I went back to the store and showed them the bill for the modem and installation. After waiting for 1/2 hour I was told that everything was straightened out and I would not be charged for the modem or installation. Before leaving the store I insisted in getting a statement in writing that I would not be charged. Without a written statement I would end up having to go back to the store again in another vain attempt to actually get the charges removed from my bill.
