This is our regular family doctor. My wife needed a specialty referral renewed (that means she already had a referral to begin with). When I contacted this office about renewing the referral, I provided them contact information for the Specialist my wife was seeing. The next day, this office called my wife and told her to give them the same contact information I gave them the day before. When I called the office, they said I never gave the information in the first place. And then they began arguing with me over the phone about it. Incompetence.
