After many months of pain and discomfort I was referred to Dr. Dade. Dr. Dade was absolutely phenomenal and his bed side manner is superb. He listened to all my symptoms, designed a care plan and explained it all. Highly recommend Dr. Dade!

The shots helped heal and strengthen my knee. I healed quicker than I thought.

DR Dade,has amazing skill of not only diagnoising what & where injury is. Then knows the treatment needed . Every visit I have been amazed that I felt better almost immediately. The office staff are all so friendly & professionaly courtious.. He's treated me for varios injuries as well as diagnoised another area that required surgery. I cannot express my appreciation of his wonderful skills in treating me. I would recommended him to anyone who has pain and needs to have treatment!

Dr. Dade is a very professional doctor who knows exactly what he is doing. He helped me resolve years of back pain in just three visits. It took a long time for my primary care physician to refer me to Dr. Dade but once I saw him, he diagnosed my problem quickly. On my third visit today I feel great!
