I am not a big fan of this particular daycare. My child never seems happy when I drop off or pick up. They do not pronounce or spell my child's name right either. A good portion of the teachers are not native to this country, which I am fine with. However, I do have a problem with these teachers not speaking or writing proper English. I pay good money for my child's care, and these are not attributes that I want in a daycare. The teachers are switched frequently, so my child is not adjusting well. Another issue I had was the delay the phone call to let me know my child was ill - a 3 hour delay. They are not good about informing me what my child does during the day. I have no idea how much my child eats, what he is taught, etc. The facility itself is not that tidy/clean either, and there are frequent occasions when my child is dirty when picked up. The cost is a bit pricey too. I pay $238 for part time care. I just found out that I could send my child full time at another daycare for $50 more. The price I pay is not equivalent to the care my child receives. Overall, I do not recommend this daycare facility, and I can't wait until I find another.
