BEWARE!!!



William Hassan bait and switch me with his fees. He advertises a low rate while requiring a high retainer and then drains your retainer with excessive unjustified fees. I fired him and he was upset and made contact with the USDOJ's attorney to suggest that I was guilty of wrong doing. I am currently looking into this violation of attorney-client privilege to file suit against him. And he is legally ill prepared to boot. Just shows up to meetings speaking nonsense. Equivalent to a used car salesman practicing law. HEED THIS WARNING AND DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. HE IS UNETHICAL AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF YOU BLINK.

I hired Bill Hassan and was extremely disappointed in his services. He does not come prepared to meetings and does not do the proper legal research. I will not state the details here as my case was sensitive. In addition to his unpreparedness, his billing practices are not very ethical. He billed me on every little thing and will also inflate the hours. Bottom line, if you are looking for a sound attorney that bills ethically and who is on your side, then don't waste your time and look elsewhere.
