Best toasted sandwiches around! Also serves ice cream shakes and malts, soup, salads. Has a good location in a shopping complex with movie theater and other restaurants. Plenty of parking.

Probably one of the best sandwiches around the area and very good value for your money. I go almost 3 times a week. Beats the pants off the competition (other sandwich shops such as Subway and Quiznos) that seem to get hung up in giving you a sandwich where you are torn between an expensive 4" or an astronomically priced 6" or 8" plastic sandwich. Potbelly has just has one size, a fairly large one, at a really low price, and then has a unique taste to boot. Also the deli meats do not taste "plasticky" like the others offer. Another thing, Potbelly's don't lace everything with garlic like the others seem to (garlic bread and garlic everywhere else you turn I when I order sandwiches from the others).



However, when it comes to salads, I can only sum Potbelly's salads with the word "mediocre", especially if you compare it to places like Chipotle where you can get a really excellent salad "Burrito bowl" (where the meats are char broiled and the salad is full of cilantro and other delights) for a real good price. Potbelly's should stick to sandwiches. Also I find Potbelly's chili good, but soups "mediocre." Also their milk shake smoothies do not use fresh fruit - and must be rated also "mediocre." But for sandwiches and friendly staff (and free live music sometimes), and value, hey what can I say Potbelly's is close to best in the area. Well done!

Very good sandwiches for a small price. Malts and shakes are excellent. People are friendly. Very fast service even at lunch.
