Don't waste your time calling for anything. They transfere you all over the place and when you are connected to the dept. you are looking for they pick-up and hang up. You can hear them in the background briefly before you are cut off. The Managers don't care either "Oh there must have been a connection problem". " Oh, we're just busy". "Oh there is only 1 person to handle all the phones". One excuse after another.

No more business from me.

I don't know why I continue to torture myself with this Home Depot store. My husband and I both have had maybe a total of 5 transactions with this store, and a total of 5 bad experiences. I've yet to find a single employee who can understand me (no one speaks English there). Once I asked where to find twine and I was sent to major appliances and told to be sure and plug it in to make it work. We had a horrible experience with a refrigerator purchase that got so messed up that the district manager had to get involved. Today, I called to find out what sort of rental equipment they had that would dig a hole four feet straight down in a restricted space measuring only 3 feet by 3 feet. After being put on hold and switched from person to person, I was told I needed a backhoe and then they promptly hung up on me. When I called back quite upset, I was connected to five different people who all claimed to be the general manager; it was apparent at this point they were playing games to get rid of me and save themselves in the process. Oh, I failed to mention that I was on the phone for 30 minutes and 14 seconds just trying to find out what sort of rental tools they had. Stay away from this place! It has continued on a gradual decline over the last year and to keep your sanity you should just say NO to home depot and go on down the road to Lowes.
