I dropped off a cup to have my sister's name and birthday put in celebration of her 21st birthday. It was dropped off at 3:30 and he said that it would be ready at 8. I was confused by this but said ok. I paid my money but didn't receive a ticket or a receipt. This made me hesitant but I left it anyway. I returned to the store at the time quoted to me and he said that it will be five more minutes. By this time there were other customs coming in to pick up orders. I could tell he was in a rush. They didn't began on my order until we walked in the door. At first the letters and numbers did not fit so they had to reprint. When they were done they didnt show me what they had done she just stuck it in a bag and gave it to us. When we looked at it, the letters had air bubbles and the d.o.b was not centered under her name. It was a rushed job and it showed it the finished work. I understand that they had other orders to fill but they had my cup for almost five hours. Also one of the workers was letting her son just run around the store unsupervised playing with and trying to beat up every child that came into the store.

Had a great experience of doing business with Tonedef. I went to their store in the mall some custom shirts for my company and the services was fast, simple, and personal. Would highly recommend using them to anyone in the Birmingham area.
