the worst place ever. very bad customer service, they used to have a better crew who knew what they were doing, made an appointment for me and my husband for a REGULAR cleaning. Once you get there they force you to take x-rays even if you are not interested in any other services than your normal cleaning. Since my husband refuse to accept their suggestion of having a deep cleaning which was not cover in full by the insurance , instead they did not care to proceed with the "regular cleaning" which we made the appointment for. lost of time and he would have to reschedule another day. DO NOT GO THERE., ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS BILL YOUR INSURANCE FOR SERVICES YOU HAVE NOT REQUESTED. I am notifying my insurance company of this so they do not pay a service that it was not approved neither requested by the patient.
