I was pulling a dump trailer and I got a blow out. It was 6:30 AM. I looked for the nearest tire shop that was open early. That took me to Big Discount Tire Pros. I pulled into their lot 10 mins before they open. When I went to move it my van would not go into gear! Mike put someone on it and it turned out to be a shaft in my steering column. They found the needed part in Dixon Ford. Ford said they would deliver it in 1 hour. It took them 4 1/2 hours to deliver the part. It was a long day. Brian and the mechanic stayed late and got me back on the road. They charged me a fair price. They did not gouge me because I was from out of town. I am very leery of dishonest shops as I have friends and family that are mechanics and service writers and I hear horror storys of over charging or charging for work not needed. Mike and Brian are honest. That is hard to find. Great honest shop! Great prices on tires.
