Provided by YP.comKyle and Whitney were the case managers for my autistic son. They talked down to us, criticized our house, did not seem understanding of our situation, and dropped us when we were in the middle of some emergency situations. Kyle was telling us how to arrange our house and Whitney seemed to have a snobby attitude. Our experience with Easter Seals was good until they came along. Our son was destructive and constantly made messes around the house and we were having trouble keeping up with the housecleaning. To make matters worse, after they dropped us they reported us to CPS. We have talked to other behavior therapists who found Kyle and Whitney's handling of our situation downright appalling. They feel they should have done more to help us with our situation.
