The lady who helped us wasn't the owner of the store, she was somewhat curt. However, she did want to help us and asked questions so that she would know what type of gown we wanted along with our price range. She already had an appointment in a few minutes, but was able to show us three dresses to get an idea of what we wanted. She then scheduled an appointment for us the following Friday to look at more gowns. She did bring out exactly what we were looking for so I feel when we return that she will be able to help us find a dress.

They carry a few well known brands but lack decent customer service. I walked in and told them what type of dress I was looking for and they pointed to a section in the store. No one offered to assist myself and my maid of honor. Only as we finished and were ready to leave, the owner in a harsh attempt, started to pull out dresses. By this time I was not feeling good because I needed to eat something and told her we would be back after lunch, she said nothing and seemed irritated. I asked her for a card and she slid it across the counter and never said good bye, thanks for stopping in, anything that would slightly come across as an effort to gain my business. The store is cluttered which makes it seem unatractive. The price of the dress that I was looking for was the same here as it was at a nicer upscale bridal boutique in Vacaville. The propritor in Vacaville was excellent and kept the intrest of the bride in mind and action at all times. You will not get that here.
