I was VERY impressed.
Realizing that not too many people write reviews praising a funeral home, but I am going to, in hopes others will have as pleasant an experience as I did. When my aunt passed, we called the Dougiello Funeral Home due to the fact they actually took the time to return my call promptly and provide me options. Barbara the funeral director and the driver were very polite and sensitive to the family and friends who were gathered at her home.

A few days later I was in the office making arrangements. Again, I have to repeat there was no upselling. It was just what I wanted, and it made what could have been very unpleasent a lot easier to take.

Thank you Barbara and staff for all you do to make a difficult time easier.
