Provided by YPmobileStay away from this office. Office staff is rude and con artists. They will bill your insurance incorrectly (using medical codes) to receive higher payments. They will then say you must only mention routine eye exam at your appointment and if you mention any medical history, they will document that as reason of your visit. When you call to question this, they will argue over the phone, put you on hold several times, transfer you from one department to the next, and resolve nothing!!!
