Provided by YPmobileThis office is a complete joke. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The doctor I saw was horrible. I will not be going back and would not recommend this place at all.

Provided by YP.comThe most horrible doctors office I have ever been to. Unprofessional and unqualified. I would give them no stars. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH. DO NOT. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Provided by YP.comStay away if you have any other options. I didn't want to give any stars, but they won't post it without at least 1. This practice is still around and is as busy as it is(completely overbooked always) only because they accept insurance. My son sees Dr Owen Schneider there and as the other reviewer said, they are always running behind, while people in varying degrees of mental distress are jammed into an uncomfortable waiting room with not enough seats. The office staff is unrelentingly rude and brusque, and has overbilled me several times, claiming that they had direct info from my insurance company and wouldn't let me see the doctor unless I paid. My insurance company had to send them a letter that they were in violation of their contract and could be sued for fraud if they did not refund all of my money in a timely fashion (not in 2 months like they wanted to do.) Dr Schneider is a weird character, rarely meets your eyes, either my son as his patient or with me as the parent. He flat out refused to collaborate or even consult with other doctors treating my son's other conditions, which required medications that reacted with the anti-anxiety drugs Schneider was prescribing. He did not ever want to really hear details or emotions- just "What do you want me to write?" as the pen hovers over the prescription pad. That is a direct quote from him. So apparently I am expected to be my son's case manager as well as prescribing psychiatrist. And by the way, don't get comfortable in that chair when you are finally called in. You've got 10 minutes or less.
On a more positive note, a newer doctor there, Dr Sara Aderholdt, seems to be much more caring and empathetic. However she still has the same awful office staff.
Also, the way the practice is set up is the way most are these days...with the Pyschiatrists writing scripts and doing "medication management" and any actual therapy being done by LCSW's in the practice. Of those, I have met with Justin Barsanti and Robyn Hoffman. Justin is great for my 13 year old son, but he is always way overbooked. If a crisis comes up and you want to get in quickly, good luck. I have been told the waiting time for an appointment(for an existing patient in crisis) anywhere from 1-2 months. That is unacceptable when you've got a kid in a meltdown. Sometimes Justin will answer an appeal to his email if you are lucky enough to have it.
Robyn appears somewhat less booked, but still difficult to get a consistent schedule going with her.

Provided by YP.comThis doctor is a horrible doctor, he over prescribes meds and does not proper evaluate his patients. My son is at the worse stage in his entire life. He is now anoroxis, and is on uppers and downers to survive. He is now suicidal and the doctor is nothing but ignoring all the signs. My son lost over 60 pounds and his face is all sunken in and bones showing and he continues to prescribe and does not get him into the hospital were he belongs. I hope he losses his license to practice. If my son dies I will sue this doctor
