They are thieves! I rented a storage from them last summer. I used it Oct 1st. Had all of my things out Oct 3 and let theme know. (I was paid to date) during moving our key got misplaced and let them know that. They told me they could cut the lock off and charge me the lock price. I told them that was fine. They continued billing me. I found key and took it in to them after speaking to them after not knowing for months why I was still being billed. Now they ave key and they have had possession of storage unit since Oct 3rd 2015! They are still billing me. I called them last and spoke with them about it. They told me they would call me back or to call them next morning. I called and Noone picked up. When I spoke to them they did admit that they have had they key and that we haven't been using storage unit since Oct 3rd! And yet again another bill.....
