NEVER would I do business with tickettown again. I purchased outrageous pricing tickets with them one night online. The next day my boyfriend went down to pick them up and they gave him them WITHOUT asking me for permission and without verifying with me is he was actually my boyfriend!!! They never asked him his name or had him sign a damn piece of paper!! This could have been a complete stranger that knew I bought these!!!! To make matters worse.. they gave him the invoice WITH my 16 digit credit card and expiration date. To make a long story short.. An employee gave a stranger two tickets and all of my information which could have led to identify theft if gotten in the wrong hands.



THEN I went down to the business to let them know what they legally did wrong, because I didnt want it happening to anyone else. All I wanted was for them to go over their security policy. I would never go through this business again. It's not safe. I would rather pay double on ebay!!
