Terrible spent 25.00 & i had to dry my car myself did not do the windows Do not go here at all !!!

I went there for a wash as I have every two weeks now for the past six months. Not that they're great, but it's close to home and it's as close to a hand car wash as you're going to get anymore. I tell the manager I have a small scratch on my front bumper, could he take a look at it? He says yes and takes a look and says no problem we can buff it out. He tells me to bring it into the detailing bay in the back and his guy puts a chemical on the scratch and proceeds to scratch at it with his fingernail. When he wipes away the chemical I can see he just gouged out a large piece of plastic from by bumper. So I tell him to stop and point out the damage. Of course, he tells me it was like that already so I flipped my lid. I go find the manager and he also tells me it was like that already. They both know the guy caused more damage to my bumper, and for a manager to back up the bad work says a lot about his character. Had he just end owned up to it, I wouldn't even be going through the trouble of writing this review. These idiots are incompetent and irresponsible. Stay away and just take your car to a cheaper brushless car wash.
