I ordered 5 TSA Locks from this company, call on several occasions in regards to 2 of the 5 locks did not work. They must be working out of a garage because no one every answer the phone number that they give out and they do not return calls. Jesse in California

Purchased a product from this supplier and received it on Jan 17,2015,after opening package ,found product to be defective. Contacted them via email on same day, and asked how to get a replacement.. no response. Contacted again on Jan 20 via email asking for info on how to get replacement. No Response. I would not purchase another or any type of product from this company again because of their lack of customer service. It seems as if their attitude is "don't reply and we will forget about it"- Not going to Happen!
