Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE customer service once you have purchased a vehicle. Have a car I can't get tags for because they haven't sent me my title. No way to work until I get it and it's parked on the street where it could be impounded. When I called 'Ms. Carol' said it was my fault because I hadn't pursued the issue. You know because it's my responsibility to remind them to do their end of the paperwork. She got mad and hung up on me, when I called back the next person who answered hung up also. Great way to take care of your customers, blame them for your incompetence and hang up on them. I would give them a zero if possible.
