Great service, been around FOREVER.

Searched through their website and found item - Rose Medley T11Z103A. I thought it was absolutely gorgeous. I called them an ordered the deluxe for the VP of Human Resources where I work. I received a text from the HR lady of a photo of the arrangement she received and it looked nothing like the photo on their website. I called the florist immediately and she stood by their work and agreed the arrangement is different even used different greens, but they love how it turned out. That's great you love what you did, but it's not what I ordered. The lady wanted to argue and I told her I'm the customer. You did wrong and you want to argue with me? They asked me if I wanted refunded then, but they would have to go pick the arrangement up. Who does that? I'm not satisfied with my purchase, but you don't pick up an arrangement someone received for their birthday. Unreal, I recommend not buying from these people because it's not what you will receive. Poor customer service.
