Provided by YPmobileI had a problem in Atlanta with my Acura MDX. The technician there said a part needed replacement but did not have it in stock. Took the technician's written note to this dealer and the service center refused to change the part or take a look at the MDX as the service light was not on. Upon my insistence they finally took a look at it and agreed to change it. The sales manager had to get involved to finally get it fixed. But there is big difference between how this dealer treats its customer as compared to the two other Acura dealers I have visited in Columbus (Byers) and Atlanta (Duluth). They have very poor customer service. I would never bring my car here.

Provided by YP.comWould not give me even a 30 day warrenty on an 2003 camry. They lied and told me that the rate would be higher if I did not take a 1,000 car warrenty they have. So after I found out that was not the case, I cancelled the policy! Of couse I had to drive down to sign a piece of paper. What a joke! A month later, they still have my 1,000 plus. Car needed tires, brakes, alingment, battery corroded/died, oil and transmission fuild change. Salesmans never gave me a card, and I never heard from them again until I called finance to see why the warrenty co. never received my cancellation. Finance lady said, I just sent it to cooperate and they handle the rest! Big game-
Go to another dealer for used! Somewhere that does at least basic maint. and warrenties!
