I came here with my mother to get my 10 year sister's nails filled-in and we had to wait well over 2 hours for her nails to be finished. We arrived before 9:30am (the store opened at 9) and my sister was not helped until well after 10. The store owner Linh/Lynn was beyond rude and disrespectful to my mom and I. She charged us over $22 for my sister's nails and proceeded to yell and argue with us when we asked why it was so much and why we had to wait so long. The owners response was that we shouldn't have came to the salon that early, despite them opening at 9. Then the owner came up, touched my mother, and proceeded to yell at her and get in both of our faces. When we asked her to please leave us alone she continued to yell at us and attempted to argue.



My thoughts are that if you open your salon at 9, it should be full service unless otherwise noted--which it was not.



Overall, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We will never be back here again.
