I bought my Dodge Nitro at Freestone in December 2011. Since then, the service guys send me Oil Change reminders and coupons that ACTUALLY SAVE ME $$$$!! My salesman calls now and then just to ask if I'm still happy with my ride. They send birthday cards, invitations to workshops, etc. I have never had such personal service from a dealership. TOTALLY IMPRESSED!!

I dont know if i would even give them a whole star. We had HORRIBLE service! I will NEVER go there again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you feel like wasting your time and dealing with people who lie.
