Our Lady's Haven, established in 1945, is a skilled nursing and rehabilitative care facility offering short-term and extended care services. It also offers specialized care for men and women diagnosed with Alzheimer s disease and related memory-impairing illnesses. The organization is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Its pain management program is accredited by the American Academy of Pain Management.
