The owner has little to no people skills and their customer service is poor. If you are into buying overpriced coins or selling coins for much than they are worth then this is the place to go

The store owner hasn't changed a bit since the last review. Still a low balling scumbag. Brought about 30-35 dollars worth of coins to sell only to be offered 4 dollars. Don't waste your time, gas, money or effort dealing with whaling city collectables. Store reeks like stale cigar smoke also.

Don't go to the website either, he never sends what you order!!! Rude on the phone!!

for a business man you would think this man would be polite but thats not the case he is very rude and acts as he could care less to have your business. i also agree with previous comment very high priced. go elsewhere. i will from now on

do not go to this dealer. he is a low baller. if you want to be ripped off this is your man! when i sell my metals, it is to put maximum value in my pocket not his. try american rare coin in providence, you will be treated better and get a fair and honest price for your pm's
