Great overall gym! But I would have to disagree on some points. It being a 24/7 . you can listen to whatever you want. all you have to do is ask to Change the radio station, trust me they wont bite lol cuz I don't know who would listen to a Christian talk show, during their workout. Maybe during the after hours. when the members are in control of the radio? Anyways, Great family atmosphere and great people running it! As the equipment goes. You are right no calfraise machine, until tomorrow..ha what I don't understand is that, their are so many alternate workouts for your legs. You don't always need machines. For everything! Personally also every time I go in. I never have to worry about a spot. cause I always have someone their to spot me all I do is ask..

This gym is okay if you're willing to tune out everything but the workout.Equipment is pretty standard for a small local gym- missing a calf press and only has duplicates of racks, benches and back/shoulder equipment. They used to have a lot of younger kids messing around all the time but they seem to have thinned out.Staff is polite but relatively unprofessional- I have walked in on more than one occasion to soft Christian radio and obnoxious morning talk shows that ended up playing through my entire workout.Staff at the front desk is obviously supervisory rather than courtesy- they 70% of the time greet and wish you well on the way out, but that is about it.Someone will offer to spot you about 15% of the time, but it's a tossup for who it is between workers and other members. All in all this would be a good gym if the price were any lower than a more professionally-run franchise but at $40/mo. for single members(since January), you may be better off with a same-priced competitor
