I am humbled. I have never personally met Leroy and his team, my vehicle has been secured at his shop for 3+ weeks now waiting for a 3rd used motor to be sent to his shop. His team has removed my old motor (and removed new parts I've replaced over the past year) and prepared a replacement only to find there were more issues. Leroy has called me every day to update me on their progress good and bad with honesty and integrity. He has provided exceptional customer service, been professional, and even empathized with me as I have been without a vehicle for 2 months. Leroy has earned my trust with his expertise and judgement. I can't say enough about his service; it is unmatched. Thank you, Leroy. I look forward to picking up my vehicle soon!

I've been a customer for more than 15 yrs & I'm so pleased at how far Leroy Skaggs goes out on a limb for his customers. They truly put the care back in the business.
