Provided by YP.comIf I could give less than one star, I would. I took both of my children in for a rash which turned out to be Impetigo. They prescribed a liquid form of Bactrim and my daughter was so disgusted by it that she threw up. I waited until Monday to call because I assumed they weren't open on the weekend and now they won't change the prescription to a pill unless we come back in and pay another copay - just to finish the prescription that they already gave us in a different format. These people are rude and really only care about one thing and that's money. All I wanted is the remainder of her prescription in a pill format not a new prescription. Shameless.

Provided by YPmobileI have to say, cudos! I have felt terrible for a while but could never explain symptoms, etc. I went in with breathing problems. The woman (i can't remember her name) suggested i go to my ob and have my hormones checked... THANK YOU!! I probably would've waited another year to go. I scheduled my appointment and have since been diagnosed with a 8 cm dermoid. MYSTERY SOLVED!!!! Because the ct scan, ultrasound, etc does not show where it is attached to the ovary, i will now see an oncologist. #relievedpatient

Provided by YPmobileI took my 11 year old son in because he had fallen and hurt his elbow. The sorry excuse for a doctor did not hardly examine him. No range of motion exercisespecially or anything. Just a "does it hurt here". She did some x-rays and proceeded to tell us is was nothing. We were handed a sheet of paper on an elbow sprain and sent on our merry way. Now, my child was obviously hurting with a swollen, bruised elbow. No offer for pain meds, no offer to set up with orthopedics. We were told she would send the x-rays to radiology and hear back the next day (it's been 5 and md still haven't heard back). I ended up taking him somewhere else the next day and his elbow is BROKEN! I called to complain 4 days ago and was told the office manager would call me the next day. Still nothing. I will never go back to this place.

Provided by YPmobileThis was the best doc in a box clinic I have ever been too. I was seen by the doctor within 20 minutes. She was very thorough during the exam and asked lots of questions about previous conditions. Blood work and X-rays were quick as well. I highly recommend this office.

Provided by YPmobileI have used this facility twice, once in 2013 and recently. I had excellent service, in and out within an hour and that included xrays, I even received a follow-up call the next day. The receptionists weren't very personable but they were not rude. I try to keep in mind that they are the ones who catch the brunt of patients who are sick and hurting who feel that they "urgently" need to see a doctor not fill out patient information (which is necessary). If needed I will use there services again.

Provided by YPmobileFirst off there is 3 urgent cares plenty of private practices and a hospital on the eastern shore, so there is plenty of options. The girls at the front desk were rude and didn't care and my doctor was an old hag who spent all of about 60 seconds looking at my foot which turns out is probably gout (a serious lifelong issue).I was not happy with any part of my experience there. The building was nice that was about all.

Provided by YP.comI enjoyed this place and so did my daughter. The other review below is confusing though....Fairhope has only been open for a few weeks and your foot has had this problem for a year so you must have mistaken your location.
