Provided by YP.comI went to bliss bridal and had a wonderful experience! I didn't end up getting a dress there but they helped me find the style that was right for my body and their prices were pretty reasonable

Provided by YP.comI totally disagree with the post below! I went to Bliss Bridal and had an amazing experience! I worked with KAtie and Michelle and it was awesome. I found the dress of my dreams and shop was most def. blissful. I'm so glad I cam across the post because it's a crime that this is the only post on here. Not only did I get a great dress that I LOVE but Katie even told me to wait to order bc I couldn't make up my mind. She was more concerned with me getting the right one than her making a sale- I think that says a lot about the person she is and the way they run their business. I would recommend the shop to any one I encountered. Alterations have been amazing too, the fit of my gown was perfect and the whole situation was more than what I expected. If you want a true testament of Bliss Bridal, read all the positive posts on Google.

Provided by YP.comBRIDAL SHOP OF HORRORS!!!I would not recommend this business to anyone. I purchased my dress from Bliss Bridal and Katie the owner of Bliss Bridal arranged for me to have my dress altered by Iris.
A LESS THAN BLISSFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
The week of my wedding was a nightmare due to this awful experience! I would never recommend doing business with Bliss Bridal in Fairhope, the owner is just after money and she cares nothing about the Bride!
I purchased my wedding gown from Bliss Bridal. Then Katie the owner of Bliss Bridal arranged for me to meet with her alterations lady Iris who owns Atelier De Iris in Spanish Fort. So, I met Iris the alterations lady at Bliss Bridal for my first fitting. After that things took a turn for the worse. I have a family heirloom veil that WAS IN PERFECT condition it has been in my family for years and was worn by my mother and my aunt on their wedding day. I asked Iris if she could clean the veil for me and she said yes. Instead of cleaning the delicate Italian lace in a gentle fashion. She put my Mothers IVORY heirloom veil in BLEACH!! The veil was ivory so Im not sure why she would even consider putting something that is Ivory and so delicate in bleach. Then instead of telling me that she had ruined my heirloom veil Iris put my veil in a veil bag and I picked it up and found it in terrible condition the week of my wedding. After this I went back to Iris who still was not even close to completing the alterations on my dress and it was the week of my wedding. I found that she had cut the back of my dress far too low so at that time I took my dress. I had already paid her a $250 deposit for the alterations which she refused to refund.
So the week of my wedding I had to:
Find and purchase another veil $ 215
Pay another alterations shop $480 to fix my wedding gown and complete the alterations that were never finished.
Pay $ 50 to have my mothers veil restored (however after the bleach ate through the lace it will never be the same)
I was out the $250 deposit that Iris kept and she did not complete any of the alterations and ruined my veil.
So I was out $995 the week of my wedding due to the terrible service with Bliss Bridal!
I was also informed by Iris that Katie the owner of Bliss Bridal RECEIVES A PERCENTAGE OF ALL THE ALTERATIONS SHE SENDS TO IRIS. When I called Katie to let her know what had happened she did NOTHING! I asked Katie the owner of Bliss Bridal about her getting a percentage of all the alterations that she sends Iris and she told me that was none of my business. Bliss Bridal then stood behind Iris not giving me my $250 deposit back even when she knew that Iris had ruined my heirloom veil the week of my wedding, cut my dress too low in the back and HAD NOT COMPLETED the alterations. Bliss Bridal was also aware that I had to pay $480 to have my dress alterations completed and fixed at another alterations shop. Katie the owner of Bliss Bridal is just after money! Bliss Bridal cares nothing about the service that she provides and refers her alterations to make herself more money not because the alterations lady is good at what she does. USE SOMEONE ELSE! Nobody deserves this the week of their wedding!
