The most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with.



He priced a job for me in Aug 2011. He honored his original price but that was about it. He started a week late without informing us. He took 10 weeks to do what he said would be a two week job. No supervision was ever provided for the installer. We never knew when the installer would show up or how long he would stay. The installer would be MIA for days at a time. The installer made a huge mess of our home and did little to nothing to clean it up. The quality was very poor with uneven tiles, inconsistence grout lines and improperly seated tiles. The entire time, the Company's Owner did nothing to address my concerns and was continuously whining about going broke and needing early payments – even through the contact called for payment once work was complete.



I guess it suckers like me that keep them in business.
