Went in here because I was tired of the Subway across the road, what a bad decision that was! Went to order my food, lady at the register was very rude and didn't try to make me feel welcome in their establishment. After 10-15 minutes of waiting, I received what was called their "Snack Pack" and for $6.00, I wasn't very impressed, the chicken fingers were more like chicken feet, the entire plate was covered in greasy french fries and a piece of garlic bread, which was probably the best part of the entire meal. So about halfway through my meal, I realized that I didn't receive their .45 cent Guthrie's sauce, or my similarily priced cup of iced tap water, that's right, their charging .45 cents for a cup of tap water. But the worst part was that when I went back to the counter to get my aforementioned items, a man who I assumed to be either the manager or the owner since he was the best dressed of all the other employees, went to the counter where I was standing, and just went back to the dining area to sit at one of the booths without even acknowledging me, eventually one of the other employees came to the counter and gave me what I wanted. But in the end, as a Fairhope resident who's been to many local restaurants, this is probably one of the top 5 worst places I've been to in the 10 years I've lived here, you could to the McDonald's next door and get the exact same meal for less money that's no better or no worse than Guthrie's. Is there anything that's good about this place? Well, the dining area was very clean, and as I said, the garlic bread was pretty good, but that's about it.
