Carl & his staff did my wedding reception flowers & they were beautiful! He made the entire process easy by allowing me to meet with him as many times as i wanted. He listened to my needs & the vision he had was exactly what i wanted & got. He was very reasonable on pricing. The quality of his work & amazing flowers were worth every dime! I now live in Missouri & have ordered two different bouquets online for familys birthdays & they have all been delivered at the times i requested & have been stunning! I reccomend Carl & his staff for all of your florist needs!

I attempted to purchase an arrangement and the salesperson who answered was rude; hastily explaining that she might not have time to place/deliver my order (without answering my initial question asking if they even had a particular flower in stock). I called two days ahead, and wanted a basic flower, so I don't know why there was an issue. She wasn't kind, willing, patient or remotely happy. I tried to be patient as you never know what one is truly going through, but in the end, politely hung up and called another florist. I will never use Southern Veranda again. There are too many wonderful, helpful florists out there.
