I was a frequent patient of Dr. Freedmans. Every time I came to an appointment, I ended up having to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my treatment, when the office isn't even busy!! The doctor is either on his cell phone or socializing with colleagues of his that come in or friends of his that are patients. No matter who has been waiting, his friends and colleagues come before everyone. The last visit under his care, I waited almost 20 mins while he got adjusted by a colleague and chatted it up. Very disappointing! He's other staff members were exceptional. It's just a shame the doctor cannot follow suit. Very disappointing! I DO NOT recommend... Unless you are one of this friends...
