What a terrible experience. As the mother of the groom, I picked up 3 tuxes last Thursday. ALL of them fit poorly, the store did hem 1 pair of pants, the wouldn't do anything about the poor jacket fit. One jacket actually had a hole in the lapel. When I picked them up, NO ONE said they had to be back on Sunday and charged me an additional $20 per tux for returning them Monday morning. That was on top of the $480.00 we already paid to rent these 3 poor fitting tuxes. Also, the groom's tux wasn't even free! Don't use them and you can save yourself the hassle and poor service along with the poor fit! I can understand why they have changed their slogan to "You will love how you look - we guarantee it!" because they WON't guarentee anything but terrible service.
