For Christmas I bought a sportula spatula and coasters for a gift for my brother-in-law. On Christmas Eve he received another sportula-spatula from another brother-in-law. I tried to take back the spatula, not the coasters, for a refund to buy another gift. I was told they have a No Refund policy. The sales clerk said it was printed on my receipt, then she looked at my receipt and it wasn't on the receipt. They had a sign posted that was hidden. When I bought the gifts it was not pointed out their policy. I would not have done business with these people. The Sportula people can stick their spatulas where the sun doesn't shine. Don't do business with the Summit Mall or Chapel Hill people, they are owned by the same person.
