Went into Ticknors this week and was shocked with the poor level of service. I went into this store because it was in a convenient location to my office and knew they had men's suits. I have a couple custom made suits and wanted to hear about what they had to offer. i tried to play dumb with the associate to see what he would put me in before I made any remarks but he made me feel very stupid. Not only did he put me in a suit that was way to large but kept insisting that I am wearing the wrong size suit. I have been fitted by five different tailors from all over the country and they all put me in the exact same size. I will not be purchasing anything from them after my experience today. I never have written a review on a store but I receive better service at the Gap around the corner. Hope they can make some changes, they look like they have some nice products.
