I recommend this store to anyone who's looking for prom dresses. They had a great selection and style.The worker greeted me when I walked in the store and was very helpful throughout my experience. Vera's is a great place to buy dresses and receive amazing customer service!

Do NOT buy anything from here! My daughter and I ordered a dress from this place after trying a similar one on in the store, but when we got it in the mail it didn't fit like she had assured us it would. Although it was beautiful it needed too many alterations, and with me being a single mother, and no child support we could not afford the extra expense. With having a couple weeks yet before the Homecoming and tags and all still on we asked if we could just exchange it for one that fits better for the same price. Vera was very rude, and just kept saying "no exchanges, no exceptions". I think this is a switch and bate tactic, and last I checked was illegal. We will be calling the designer and maybe our attorney. ;)

Although there is a huge selection of dresses, the owner is incredibly rude. My mother's chest was smashed in her dress, and all Vera kept saying is "it's beautiful". My mother was crying and very uncomfortable with the dress and she just did not care. All she cares about is getting a sale. She does not care about people or their feelings.
