CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

I rented a car from enterprise on Friday afternoon at 3 pm check out time. The representative took a call while she was waiting on me making all types of expressions (INAPPROPRIATE). I asked for E-ZPASS she said you can only get it at the airport location (NOT CONVENIENT). I asked how much, she said $44.09 Now Saturdays that location closes at 12 noon. I had asked the representative how would they know when I returned the car? She said all we do is check the cameras. Now I see a charge on my credit card for $88.18 that's for 2 days when I only had it for 1 day (DISSATISFIED). I called and we spend 10 minutes looking for my reservation (UNPROFESSIONAL). I asked why was I charged for 2 days? She said they had to check the cameras. I asked when would that be done? She said well I have a lot of customers in front of me so we will call you back (RUDE). If you rent from enterprise you might be surprise to find out they charged you extra! (IRRESPONSIBLE)

They will try to trick read everything because they over charged me& won't get back with worst experience ever

I had one of the worst experiences ever in my rental life. I specifically called to say I was booking from Wednesday 5.30pm to Saturday 5.30pm and I was told the office is closed then but if I drop the keys in the return box I should be fine and won't be charged. I check my account to find out I have been charged to Monday (5) days instead of the 3 days I reserved it for. I called to find out why I was told they don't open over the weekend till Monday. If that was so, why didn't you tell me that when I was coming for the car? They could have told me to send it somewhere else which opens and I could have saved myself $150. They said they would call me back and it's been 3 days now, nothing. I'm done with these guys. The decency of rectifying an issue I know I specifically asked and I was told it wouldn't happen
