When I signed my contract I did not think about the ingredients in the icing. I called the owner and asked her to use butter in the icing instead of margarine because my mom and grandma are highly allergic. She refused to substitute the ingredient. She was adamant and very rude....

Not only did my cake look nothing like the picture but it fell apart before it even arrived at the venue to be set up !! When I called the owner she basically said that once the cake leaves the store it's my problem & didn't even offer to help! I had to find someone else on the night before my wedding to redo my cake. Once I found someone that was able to redo my cake on such short notice she said could not believe that a "professional" bakery would even make a cake that horrible- not only did she tell me that the tiers were uneven & poorly done but also that the cake would not feed the amount of people that we paid for! I would NOT recommend this bakery to anyone!
